Shate-M Plus leased 10,000 sq. m in NK park Shushary 3

The Shate-M plus company, a distributor of global manufacturers of auto parts in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, rented 10,000 sq. m.  in a facility under construction in the industrial park "NK Park Shushary 3" in the Pushkinsky district of St. Petersburg.

The total area of the warehouse complex under construction, is 60,000 sq. m.

The facility has its own road, connecting with Nikolaevsky passage, which makes it possible to access Moskovskoye highway. (4 km) and Sofiyskaya st. (1.5 km). The industrial park itself is located 3 km from the Ring Road, 17 km from Pulkovo International Airport. The new building has a number of advantages, including a reinforced concrete frame without vertical braces, a continuous thermal circuit that increases the energy efficiency of the facility, a modern video surveillance system and climate control.
