CDEK leased 89,000 sq. m in the industrial park "NK park MKAD-M4"

CDEK, a federal express delivery operator, leased 89,000 sq. m. of warehouse real estate in the NK park MKAD-M4 industrial park, located at the junction of the MKAD and the M4 Don highway passing through Domodedovo Airport.
The building in NK park MKAD-M4 is the first three-story industrial building in Russia with access for large-capacity transport to the first two floors and medium-capacity transport to the third, which makes it a unique facility on the market. CDEK has signed a long-term lease agreement for the first and second floors.

NK group and CDEK cooperate for a long time . In 2021, CDEK acquired 18,000 sq. m. m in St. Petersburg in the NK park Sofiyskaya Ring Road and rented 33,000 sq. m in Moscow in NK park Medvedkovo.
