The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Mubadala Investment Company, joined by other leading Middle Eastern funds, began the financing of the construction of a hi-tech distribution center for AUCHAN Retail Russia in NK Park Kosulino. The financing is effected on the basis of the platform provided by Professional Logistics Technologies (PLT).
The 30-thousand sq. m. multi-temperature distribution center is under construction by NK Group as part of a build-to-suit project tailored to the requirements of the French retailer. AUCHAN Retail Russia will act as a long-lease tenant of the facility.
In addition to featuring several separate temperature-controlled zones the facility will also include the means necessary to handle cross-docking operations.
