ACCENT Group purchased over 56 thousand sq.m. from NK Group in NK Park Valishchevo

The purchase of 56 thousand sq.m. of industrial real estate from NK Group in NK Park Valishchevo (Moscow region) was funded by a group of private investors. ACCENT Group acted as the management company for the raised private investment capital.


The investment transaction covered the purchase of a 52 thousand sq. m. built-to-suit distribution center as well as infrastructure facilities occupying 4 thousand sq.m., which are rented out to the Russian company «Commercial Property Operator»
