Second Contract with Medinar for 5 thousand sq.m.

NK Group has leased out a residential facilities building in NK Park Northern Sheremetyevo, which is located in Moscow region, to the asset management company.


NK Group and Medinar have signed a long-term lease contract for the 5-storey building, occupying 5 thousand sq.m. in NK Park Northern Sheremetyevo. Currently NK Group is engaged in rearranging the zoning of the facility and completing the finishing works, which is planned to increase the capacity of the building by 15%.


This is the second contract signed with Medinar, which was preceded by another long lease agreement for a residential facility in NK Park Vnukovo in April 2018.
