Contract signed with fulfilment operator Beta PRO

NK Group rented out approximately 8 thousand sq.m. in NK Park Valishchevo to Beta PRO under a long-term contract.

Work is currently underway in the building accommodating the operator's fulfilment center to construct a two- and a three-storey administrative structures with a combined area of 800 sq.m. The fulfilment center will be retrofitted with a four-level mezzanine rack with an area of 15 thousand sq.m.

Colliers International acted as consultant for the execution of the contract.

NK Park Valishchevo is located 32 km to the south of Moscow on the Simferopolskoye Shosse. The total area of all facilities commissioned and to be constructed in the industrial park is 500 thousand sq.m.
