NK Group at Roundtable on Warehousing Property

Managing Director of NK Group Ekaterina Morozova took part in a roundtable discussion held by Colliers International. NK Group supported the event as its General Partner.
During the discussion, the speakers reviewed the current trends of the warehousing property market. Ekaterina Morozova indicated an increase in the built-to-suit share of the market, which, as she explained, is related to a combination of the gradual development of the Russian market with the fact that while customers expect their industrial facilities matching their specific requirements to be completed in no more than one construction season, the advanced construction technologies available now make compliance with such terms possible.
