Construction of the first building at NK Park Novaya Riga has entered an active phase

NK Group began work on erecting the 30 000 sq. m. industrial facility at NK Park Novaya Riga in autumn 2018. Currently more than half the columns have been set up and the installation of trusses is now underway. The outside perimeter and roof of the building will be completed in February 2019.

NK Park Novaya Riga is located 20 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Novorizhskoye Shosse. According to the developer’s plans, the first building and all infrastructural facilities should be complete by Q2 2019.
