100,000 sq. m. of warehouse and production facilities for Lenta

NK Group and Lenta, one of Russia's largest retailers, have signed an agreement for the construction of two industrial buildings at NK Park Valishchevo and NK Park Tolmachevo, occupying a total area of 100,000 square meters. The construction of these custom designed facilities has already commenced.

The building at NK Park Valishchevo (Moscow region, 32 km from the Moscow Ring Road) will occupy an area of 70,000 sq. m. and will include over 3000 sq. m. of office space. The facility will be divided into several zones: in addition to dry storage areas, the building’s design will accommodate several temperature-controlled areas ranging from -22С to + 19С. Over 10,000 sq. m. have been allocated for the production of fish and precooked foods.

The other industrial facility will be located at NK Park Tolmachevo (13 km from Novosibirsk) and will occupy an area of 30,000 sq. m. including administrative premises of nearly 1,300 sq. m. The building will feature a dry storage area and zones capable of maintaining temperature regimes from -22С to + 19С. 8,500 sq. m. have been allocated for precooked foods and fish production facilities.
