Russian Direct Investment Fund and NK Group Agree on the Sale of Warehouses in Moscow and Novosibirsk Oblasts

Professional Logistics Technologies (PLT), founded by the Russian Direct Investment Fund and several Middle Eastern funds for investments in logistics real estate, signed a contract for the purchase of warehouses from NK Group in Moscow and Novosibirsk oblasts. The facilities in question are NK Park-Bekasovo on the Kiev highway, and NK Tolmachevo in the suburbs of Novosibirsk. The facility in Moscow oblast will be leased by the BMW car corporation, and the facility in Novosibirsk will be leased by the Holiday Classic supermarket chain.
