Fix Price Distribution Centre with an area of 28,000 sq. m in the new NK Park Pushkino

NK Group and the international chain of stores Fix Price signed an agreement according to which NK Group will build a distribution centre measuring 28,000 sq. m according to a built-to-suit scheme in the NK Park Pushkino industrial park on Yaroslavskoye Highway.

The industrial building will be equipped with offices with a total area of 2,500 sq. m, the distribution centre will provide the possibility for cross-docking operations. Work on the site has already begun, and Fix Price business operations are planned to be carried out in the distribution centre from November 2019.

The consultant of the transaction was Knight Frank international company.
