NK Group is expanding its 29th industrial park

NK Park Belyy Rast is located 27 km north of Moscow, between Dmitrovskoye and Leningradskoye highways, within easy reach of the A-107 highway. Initially, the park was intended for one large project – a Leroy Merlin distribution centre with an area of 140,000 sq. m. The decision to expand was subsequently taken due to the high demand for this location.

Currently, the total area of the Park covers 64 hectares, of which 33 hectares are ready for construction. More than 160,000 sq. m of industrial buildings can be built on the vacant sites.

NK Group is going to implement built-to-suit/built-to-lease projects in NK Park Belyy Rast, taking into account all customer requirements.
