NK Group sold 7,000 sq. m. in NK Park Sofino to VIC GROUP

NK Group and the leader in the veterinary pharmaceutical market, VIC GROUP, signed a contract under which a part of the finished industrial building in NK Park Sofino, namely 7,000 sq. m, has become the property of the pharmaceutical company.

The facility will be further equipped with an office area of 800 sq. m., as well as a charging station and storages for hazardous goods. The works in the building have already begun.

NK Park Sofino is located 32 km from Moscow along Novoryazanskoye shosse, with more than 37 hectares of land ready for construction. Up to 200,000 sq. m. of facilities may be built in the industrial park.
