7,800 sq. m. sold in NK Park Northern Sheremetyevo

NK Group sold 7,800 sq. m. in the finished building of NK Park Northern Sheremetyevo to one of the federal players of the construction tool market.

Works on the allocation of a client block have already been completed in the building; the company's distribution centre will be situated here. Commissioning is scheduled for September 2019.

Knight Frank St Petersburg was the transaction broker.

NK Park Northern Sheremetyevo is located 25 km north of Moscow along Rogachevskoye Shosse. Residents of the industrial park include Mercedes-Benz, Karcher, HILTI, Dixy, Verny and others. There is a finished building in NK Park Northern Sheremetyevo with a vacant area of about 5,200 sq. m. for sale. There is also 19.5 hectares of building land available in the industrial park.
