NK Group has sold 84,200 sq. m. in NK Park Valishchevo to ACCENT CAPITAL Investment Company

In addition to the facilities, the contract provides for the sale of the related infrastructure.

"We are talking about new industrial buildings already commissioned and with a well-developed rental flow. The tenants include Russian and international companies operating in completely different segments: from production to logistics, distribution and fulfilment", says Dmitry Pilevin, NK Development Investment Fund Manager. "Such indicators as building quality, location and tenant reliability are extremely important for investment companies acquiring industrial facilities. These are the objects that are in demand by investors."

NK Park Valishchevo is located 32 km from Moscow along Simferopolskoye shosse on A-107 Highway. The industrial park has 14.5 hectares of land available for construction, as well as two commissioned buildings with a total area of 31,000 sq. m.
