NK Group opens its 30th Industrial Park – NK Park Medvedkovo

Two industrial buildings with a height of two to four floors with a total area of 100,000 sq. m. are planned to be built on a 9.6-hectare site located inside Moscow Ring Road and near two metro stations – Medvedkovo and Bibirevo.

The first building of NK Park Medvedkovo with an area of 66,000 sq. m. will consist of two floors. The effective height of each floor will be 8 m., with the load on the floors reaching 8-10 tons per sq. m. There will be a separate driveway to each level, with dock gates being located on both the first and second floor.

The second building is in the initial design phase. The number of floors can vary from three to four with the area of each floor measuring approximately 10,000 sq. m.
