NK Group and Marvel-Logistics, a subsidiary of Marvel CT LLC (Marvel-Distribution brand), one of the largest IT distributors in Russia and the CIS countries providing a full range of IT services, signed an agreement under which NK Group will construct an industrial building with an area of 51,000 sq. m. in NK Park Sofiyskaya KAD, St. Petersburg.
The facility suitable for cross-docking operations will be built in accordance with all the client's requirements.

NK Park Sofiyskaya KAD is located in the south of St. Petersburg, close to Pulkovo Airport and М-10 federal road. Currently, 16 hectares of land are available for development in the industrial park.
