140,000 sq. m. of NK industrial buildings for Leroy Merlin

NK Group constructed a distribution center for Leroy Merlin, DIY-retailer. The opening of the facility took place on the territory of NK Park Belyy Rast (27 km north of Moscow), where the company became the first resident.


The total area of built-to-suit project is 140,000 sq. m., with the 130,000 sq. m. distribution center and the 10,000 sq. m. cold storage warehouse. The construction of the facility, infrastructure and off-site area landscaping was implemented within a clearly specified period, and all the requirements of Leroy Merlin were taken into account.


The project was implemented with the use of cutting-edge technologies and complies with international fire safety standards. The distribution center is divided into 12 compartments with reinforced concrete fire walls. The facility was constructed in accordance with the BREEAM environmental standard.
