New Industrial NK Park MKAD-M4 with Area of 120,000 m2

PNK Group is opening its 31^st industrial PNK park on a plot with the area of 9.37 ha, in close proximity to the junction of MKAD and the Federal Highway M4 “Don”.

In PNK Park MKAD-M4, the company is planning to build a three-story industrial building with the area of at least 120,000 m². The clear height of floor 1 and floor 2 will be 9 m, the column spacing will be 12 × 12 m. The first two floors will accommodate dock gates and full-scale loading docks. The area of floor 1 and floor 2 will be 45,000 m² each. The floors are planned to include mezzanines. Offices are planned to be constructed at the request of the residents. The area of a single unit is starting from 2,160 m², including 432 m² of mezzanine.

The perimeter of the facility is planned to accommodate an asphalted area (a balcony) at the elevation of the second floor where trucks will freely move, and the residents’ cars will be parked.

The clear height of floor 3 will be 6 m, the column spacing will be 24 × 12 m. The effective area of floor 3 will be at least 30,000 m². The perimeter is planned to be glazed for two-story offices which will be constructed at the request of the residents; the center is planned to accommodate a driveway for medium-duty trucks. The area of a single unit is starting from 432 m².
