17,000 sq.m in NK Park Valishchevo for Marvel-Distribution

NK Group and Marvel-Logistics (the logistics division of Marvel-Distribution, one of the largest broad-line IT-distributors in Russia and CIS) have signed a long term lease agreement of an industrial building with the area of over 17,000 sq.m in NK Park Valishchevo, 32 km away from the Moscow Ring Road, Simferopolskoye Shosse. This is the third agreement concluded between the companies in 2019.

Currently one-and three-storey office blocks with the overall area of about 1,000 sq.m is being built on the site.

In the NK Park Valishchevo located at Simferopolskoye Shosse 32 km away from Moscow there are no vacant spaces in the finished buildings, however two plots of land with the overall area of 14.5 ha are available for construction.
