54,000 sq. m. for VkusVill in St. Petersburg

NK Group and VkusVill – a chain of healthy food stores – signed an agreement to lease a design-built multi-temperature distribution centre with a total area of 54,000 sq. m.

Construction of built-to-suit project will begin in NK Park Shushary-3, located in the south of St. Petersburg.

VkusVill distribution centre provides for several zones maintaining necessary temperature regimes, including a deep-freeze zone. Also 3 administrative and office blocks with a total area of 3,000 sq. m. will be incorporated into the building.

Cushman & Wakefield was the transaction consultant.
