Architectural Development Plan for NK Park Medvedkovo Approved

The architectural development plan produced by NK Group for NK Park Medvedkovo has attained official approval. NK Park Medvedkovo is located in the north of Moscow, in close proximity to two metro stations at once – Medvedkovo and Bibirevo.

The first facility to be constructed at NK Park Medvedkovo will occupy 66 000 sq. m. and will comprise two storeys of 8 m in working height, with column spacing of 12x12 m. The docking gates will be located on both the first and the second storey of the building.

One of the sides of the facility will be complete with a balcony – an asphalt-coated platform with fully functional loading/unloading zones and a driveway for trucks.

The minimum block in the first facility will comprise 2 880 sq. m., including a 720 sq. m. mezzanine. Offices will be constructed upon request of the residents.
