Ozon Contracts NK Group for 67,000 sq. m.

Industrial facilities developer NK Group and online retailer Ozon signed a contract for lease of 67’000 sq. m. to Ozon in NK Park Tolmachevo, located in Novosibirsk.

The project will be effected in three phases. In June, the online retailer will gain access to an already finished facility occupying about 17’000 sq. m., including an office block of 3’000 sq. m. and a room of 1’400 sq. m. – for storage of goods requiring special conditions.

The rest of the facilities will be constructed under a built-to-lease clause during the second and third phase of construction, which will be completed within two or three years. These will occupy another 50’000 sq. m.

CBRE was the transaction consultant.
