NK group to construct 35 500 sq. m. facility in St. Petersburg for Fix Price

NK group and international retail chain Fix Price signed a contract, under which NK group is to construct a built-to-suit distribution center occupying 35’500 sq. m. for the company. The facility will be located in NK Park Shushary-3 – one of the developer’s industrial parks in St. Petersburg.

The distribution center is to become the fifth in the series of facilities of Fix Price constructed by NK group to date. The developer’s other projects, completed for the company, are located in Moscow, Novosibirsk, and Yekaterinburg.

The distribution center will be suited for cross-docking operations and will include two office blocks, which will occupy a consolidated 2’300 sq. m. The site is now already in the preparation phase of construction.

Legal counsel for the transaction was provided by global consultancy firm Knight Frank.
