12 500 sq. m. for OBO Bettermann in NK Park Valishchevo

NK group and OBO BETTERMANN Holding GmbH & Co. KG signed a contract, under which NK Group shall construct a 12’500 sq.m. logistics center in NK Park Valishchevo, which is located near Moscow (32 km from MKAD on the Simferopolskoye Highway). OBO BETTERMANN is a global manufacturer of system solutions for electrical infrastructures in industrial, commercial, and civil construction facilities.

The logistics center will incorporate a 3-storey office of nearly 2’000 sq. m. of consolidated floor space. Instead of the docks, the developer is to install a ramp fitted for processing cargo from heavy side-loading trucks. From the ramp, all items – including off-gauge cargo – will be taken to storage through a large 7x4,5-meter high-speed gates. Onsite preparations are already underway.

Legal counsel for the transaction was provided by global consultancy firm Knight Frank.
