NK Group to Build 40’000 sq. m. in NK Park Zhukovsky

High interest towards the industrial park prompted the construction of its first facility with a total area of 40’000 sq. m.

The industrial park is situated on a 100-hectare plot near the city that shares its name – Zhukovsky, 19 km away from MKAD along the Novoryazanskoye Highway. The park is located within 8 km from Zhukovsky International Airport. NK Park Zhukovsky holds enough space for the construction of 500’000 sq. m of industrial facilities.

NK group is utilizing German technology in the construction of the first building, while the building’s structural elements are produced at NK group-owned prefabrication plants. The clear height of the facility is 12 meters, its column spacing – 24 x 12 meters. The building can be split into blocks of 9’200 sq. m.

The construction process for NK group buildings takes mere months, which is why the facilities may become available to the first residents of NK Park Zhukovsky as early as this year.
