NK group and Marvel-Logistika (the logistics branch of Marvel Distribution – one of the largest comprehensive IT distributors in Russia and CIS) signed a contract, under which NK group is to construct an industrial facility of over 40 000 sq. m in NK Park Valishchevo, located within 32 km from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) along the Simferopolskoye Highway.
Construction of the facility is already underway. The industrial building is designed to accommodate all the needs of the client and will support cross-docking operation. The facility is designed with a clear height of 13 m.
This is the fourth consecutive facility to be contracted by the company from NK group and the third one in NK Park Valishchevo.
