NK group to construct 6,000 sq. m in St. Petersburg

NK group and one of the federal players in the construction tool market have signed an agreement, according to which NK group is to construct an industrial building occupying a total of about 6,000 sq. m in NK Park Sofiyskaya KAD in St. Petersburg. This is the second consecutive deal between the companies.

The design of the project will account for all needs of the client. The building will be suited for cross-docking operations and will also be further retrofitted with two 3-storey office blocks with a total area of more than 900 sq. m. Preparations are currently underway at the site.

Legal counsel for the transaction was provided by Knight Frank St Petersburg.
