16,500 sq. m for Monarch in NK Park Sofino

NK group and Monarch, a wholesaler of flooring, wall decor and accessories, signed a contract for the purchase of a 16,500 sq. m industrial facility in NK Park Sofino, located within 32 km from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) along the Novoryazanskoe Highway (the M-5 a.k.a. the Ural Highway).

The building was commissioned as a fully operational facility.

Legal counsel for the transaction was provided by Colliers International.

Today, NK Park Sofino holds a vacant block of 11,500 sq. m in a fully finished building as well as over 30 hectares of land available for construction of additional facilities.
