63,200 sq. m for Detsky Mir Group in NK Park Berezovsky

Detsky Mir Group, the largest children's goods retailer in Russia and Kazakhstan, signed a contract with NK group for the construction of a 63,200 sq. m distribution center in NK Park Berezovsky, which is located in the vicinity of Yekaterinburg. This is the fourth deal between the companies.

The plans of the facility include two 3-storey office blocks amounting to nearly 3,600 sq. m of office floorspace. Half of the distribution center will be occupied by a multi-tiered mezzanine, and for this reason the floors in this part of the building will be designed to handle increased loads. Preparations for the construction are already underway at the site.

The facility constructed for Detsky Mir will have an A+ energy efficiency classification, owing to the advanced technological solutions employed by NK group. Particularly, in order to improve the facility’s energy efficiency, the developer will implement an energy-saving continuous thermal envelope of the building spanning from the plinth panels to the roof. Facilities constructed by NK group comply with the FM Global international fire safety standards.
