22,300 sq. m for the company Uta in NK Park Bekasovo

NK group signed an agreement with Uta, importer and distributor of alcoholic beverages, for expanding the company’s lease area from 9,000 sq. m up to 22,300 sq. m.
Uta had previously occupied a part of an industrial building at NK Park Bekasovo (Moscow region) and now received the entire building for lease.
“Our tenant had a priority claim for expanding their lease area at this facility, which is exactly what was carried out. Their business is developing, and we are prepared to contribute to its development by providing the necessary warehousing infrastructure. Now, as the long-term lease agreement has been sealed and the entire facility generates rental flow, the building is integrated into the NK Rental fund for private investors,” said Dmitry Pilevin, Manager of NK Development Investment Fund and NK Rental Investment Strategy.
