NK group to Construct Fulfillment Center for LPP in NK Park Zhukovsky

NK group and Polish clothing manufacturer LPP signed a long-term lease contract, which stipulates the construction of a 30,000 sq. m industrial facility by NK group in NK Park Zhukovsky, located in the Moscow Region, 19 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Novoryazanskoye Highway. LPP is to become the first resident of the industrial park.
The project’s implementation is divided into two phases: 30,000 sq. m will be built during the current construction season, and the facility’s further expansion will be coordinated by the parties and implemented during the course of 2022. NK Park Zhukovsky was chosen as the site for the project on the basis of its capability to provide gradual expansion of the area occupied by LPP.
After LPP commences operation in the new building, this facility may be included into the industrial real estate investment fund NK rental.
Legal counsel for the transaction was provided by global consultancy company Knight Frank.
