Over 11,500 sq. m for Lazurit in NK Park Sofyino

NK group completed the sale of an industrial facility of over 11,500 sq. m to Russia’s largest chain retailer of cabinet-type and upholstered furniture for home, office and hotels – Lazurit. The transacted facility is located in NK Park Sofyino in the vicinity of Moscow, 32 km from the city limit along Novoryazanskoye highway (M-5 route). The transaction was financed by Alfa-Bank in Kaliningrad in cooperation with Alfa-Leasing Group. Legal counsel was provided by NT Properties.

The industrial facility is located within a completely finished building. Currently, work is underway to retrofit the premises with an office block and a charging room.

Industrial park NK Park Sofyino is situated within easy reach of the federal M-5 (Ural) Highway, and many companies find its location convenient. All buildings constructed in the Park at the time are currently in use, however, there still remain over 30 hectares of vacant land available for construction.
