32,000 sq. m for Distributor Belligen in NK Park Pushkino

NK group and Belligen, one of the largest distributors in the Russian Federation, signed a contract for the construction of a 32,000 sq. m industrial building in NK Park Pushkino, which is located within 16 km from Moscow along the Yaroslavlskoye Highway.

According to the agreement, the building will be further fitted with a 3-storey office block, which will have a total floor area of 2,100 sq. m.

NK Park Pushkino is fully occupied: the industrial park has no more vacant development-ready land nor any vacant space in the existing facilities. However, at the end of last year NK group announced the launch of NK Park Pushkino 2 in the same locality, 20 km from Moscow along the Yaroslavskoye highway. Preparations are already underway at the new industrial park for the construction of its first facilities. The Park also holds enough land suited for the construction of industrial facilities to be able to further fit nearly 290,000 sq. m more of industrial real estate.
