11,000 sq. m for Tenth Kingdom in NK Park Pushkino

NK group and Tenth Kingdom, manufacturer of educational games and toys for children, have signed an agreement for the construction of an industrial building of 11,000 sq. m on a build-to-suit basis. The site of project will be located in the NK Park Pushkino industrial park, 16 km from Moscow along the Yaroslavlskoye highway.

The total floor area of the office space in the facility will reach nearly 1,000 sq. m. Tenth Kingdom plans to only use equipment with lithium-ion batteries, therefore a decision was made to abandon special charging facilities for alkaline and acid batteries in favor of general-purpose charging zones.

The north-east section of the Moscow region is currently experiencing high demand from buyers and tenants of industrial buildings. Today, NK Park Pushkino has no more vacant space in its buildings or land available for construction. However, the new NK Park Pushkino 2 industrial park is located close by, and has the capacity for the construction of nearly 290,000 sq. m of industrial real estate.
