Facility for Vostok-Zapad in NK Park Beryozovsky

NK group and Russia's largest restaurant supplier Vostok-Zapad signed an agreement for build-to-suit construction of a 13,000 sq. m industrial building with multiple temperature-controlled zones in NK Park Beryozovsky in the Urals.

The industrial building will comprise several zones maintaining their specific temperature regimes: from -22 °С to + 4 °С. The building will also include a 3-storey office block, which is to occupy a total of 1300 sq. m.

NK Park Beryozovsky is located to the east of Yekaterinburg, 3 km from the Yekaterinburg Ring Road (EKAD) and 16 km from Koltsovo airport. Currently the industrial park still has construction-ready land available, with enough space for erecting more than 20,000 sq. m of industrial space.
