NK group to Construct 29,000 sq. m in NK Park Domodedovo 1 for Auto Parts Center SHATE-M Plus

Russian industrial facilities developer NK group and SHATE-M Plus, the largest auto parts wholesaler in the Russian and Belarusian markets, signed an agreement for long-term lease of a 29,000 sq. m industrial building in industrial park NK Park Domodedovo 1, located 17 km from Moscow along the Simferopolskoe highway between the M2 and M4 federal highways.

NK group will construct the facility based on a build-to-lease model, addressing the design considerations of SHATE-M Plus. The industrial building will be designed to accommodate the company's logistics center headquarters with the office space spanning nearly 2,300 sq. m.

Legal council for the transaction was provided by Knight Frank.
