NK group to Construct 72,000 sq. m Facility in NK Park White Rast for Trading Platform GALA-Center

NK group and GALA-Center Holding signed an agreement according to which the online store will lease a 72,000 sq. m industrial building in industrial park NK Park White Rast, located 27 km north of Moscow along the Rogachyovskoe Highway.

NK group will construct the facility with due design considerations for the requirements of GALA-Center, as consistent with the build-to-lease model. The design of the industrial building includes office premises, which will occupy a total area of nearly 3000 sq. m. The building will also include a 7600 sq. m mezzanine and a separate building block will accommodate an auto repair shop, which will occupy a total of 1140 sq. m.

Legal counsel for the transaction was provided by Knight Frank.
