NK group will build a warehouse with an area of 68,000 sq. m for Fix Price

NK group and retailer Fix Price have signed a built-to-suit agreement on the construction of a multi-purpose facility with a total area of 68,000 sq. m in NK park Domodedovo 1. The industrial park is located 17 km away from the Moscow Ring Road between the M2 and M4 highways in Russia's largest industrial NK cluster Domodedovo, with a total area of 1000 Ha.

The retailer's new facility will create 1,000 job opportunities. It is to become the largest Fix Price’s warehouse complex in the region and will provide comprehensive logistical support to an actively developing network in the Moscow Region and the Central Federal District.

Upon construction completion, the facility will be transferred into the ownership to Fix Price and put into operation in the first quarter of 2023.
