New industrial NK park Chashnikovo

NK group opens the 40th industrial park – NK park Chashnikovo. Total square area of the site is 36.5 ha. It is located on the Leningradskaya highway close to Chashnikovo village approximately two kilometers away from Zelenograd and TsKAD.

According to the general lay-out, two industrial buildings are planed with a total area of 170,000 sq. m and more than 200 cargo parking spaces. About 330,000 people live within a labor force accessibility radius of 30 km away from the park. The investments are estimated at more than 10 bln rub.

Industrial buildings of 61K and 108K sq. m are planned to be built at the request of the residents. The construction of the park facilities will be carried out on a turnkey basis: from engineering surveys and architecture designing to the facilities commissioning and landscaping. German modular construction technologies, as well as FM Global international standards are to be used for construction.
