NK group starts signing lease agreements for warehouse blocks in NK park MKAD-M4

NK group is completing the construction of the first 3-storey multifunctional industrial complex in Russia and starts to conclude lease agreements for premises in NK Park MKAD-M4. The total area of the building is 128,000 sq. m. The new park is located within easy reach by junction of the Moscow Ring Road with M4 Don federal highway, that passes through Domodedovo airport. Tenant access is planned for the first half of 2022.

NK park MKAD-M4 will be able to accommodate up to 48 residents. Various premises sizes, as well as flexible lease terms will be offered for the future tenants. Blocks areas offered for rent on the first and second floors are from 3K sq. m. Large-tonnage vehicles can move freely here. On the third floor there are smaller size blocks – from 586 sq. m, and organized access for medium-duty and light vehicles. The perimeter is glazed for two-story retail and office space, that is to be constructed upon request.
